D&D: The Worth of Steel
The Warlord is a true commander of armies, and as comfortable on the battlefield of diplomacy as they are on the field of war. While they are not necessarily skilled tacticians, they direction their allies using force of personality and inspiration.
Rallying Cry: At level 3, you can inspire your allies to fight on in spite of their injuries. When you use your Second Wind class advantage, with to three allies within 60' of you regains hit point equal to your Fighter level, provided they can see or hear you.
Military Envoy: At level 7, you gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill, and your proficiency bonus with all uses of that skill is doubled. If you already have Persuasion proficiency, you instead gain, proficiency in your choice of Animal Handling, Insight, Intimidation, or Performance instead, but the remaining bonus still only applies to Persuasion.
Inspiring Surge: At 10th level, when you use your Action Surge class advantage, you may nominate one ally within 60' of you. That ally may use it's Reaction to immediately make one attack, provided they can see and hear you. At 17th level, you may nominate an additional ally with this power.
Bulwark: At 15th level, you can extend the benefit of your Indomitable class advantage to an ally. When you reroll a saving throw with Indomitable, and aren't incapacitated, one ally that can see or hear you within 60' that failed it's saving throw against the same effect may reroll their save as well.
